Kieran is responsible for detailed financial modelling and project evaluation. He is currently involved in a range of advisory projects including student accommodation, campus redevelopments and advising on debt raising/refinancing in the Higher & Further education sector. His current remits include the University of London, University of Leicester, Forth Valley College and Fife College in addition to multiple projects for Swansea University.
Kieran recently advised the University of Wales Trinity Saint David on its £50m fundraising to support the development of its new Swansea campus and acted as financial adviser to the preferred bidder on the first batch in the Priority Schools Building Programme. Other recent transactions include the University of London’s £140m student accommodation development at Cartwright Gardens, Bloomsbury and Irish Schools Bundle 4 where he acted as financial adviser to BAM PPP.
He joined Quayle Munro in October 2011 from Henderson Loggie where he was an Executive in their Corporate Finance & Forensic Accounting department. Prior to this Kieran worked in Audit for Henderson Loggie and KPMG.
Kieran has a BA (Hons) in Economics and Spanish from the University of Strathclyde. During his studies, he spent his 4th year at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He is a Chartered Accountant.
