Ramsey and St Breock

QMPF advised this AIM listed developer on raising project finance and competing PPA providers for the repowering and refinancing of one operational wind farm and the financing of another consent wind farm. The total capacity of the two projects is 18MW.

QMPF competed PPA providers for both sites in addition to running a funding competition and developing the project financial model.

The senior funding package, totalling £24m across the two projects, was provided by ING and consisted of term loans, VAT facilities and working capital facilities, with the debt being amortised over 15 years.
