Graeme Tough
Graeme is an experienced financial and commercial adviser specialising in complex project finance transactions. Graeme has expertise in providing treasury advice as well as financial and commercial guidance for options appraisals, public sector procurements, debt raising, refinancing and contract structuring.
Graeme also has extensive financial modelling credentials having developed models to support a wide range of projects, across infrastructure and real estate. The models Graeme develops are focussed on supporting underlying financing while also provide clients with clear, robust and dynamic financial projections that add value through the bid, procurement, forecasting or options analysis process.
He has a particular interest in social housing transactions and is also currently supporting a number of universities for both student accommodation and wider campus development. Graeme’s recent projects have included a range of debt structures including bond finance, project finance bank debt, private placements, wrapped debt and indexed leases.
Graeme joined QMPF in November 2014 having previously worked in Big 4 practice and has over 18 years infrastructure advisory experience. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a MA (Hons) in Economics and Geography from University of St. Andrews.
Graeme is a keen skier, golfer and triathlete, regularly competing at between sprint and middle distance, if he can avoid injury and find the time to train sufficiently.
