QMPF acted as financial advisor to the Nottingham Trent University in the £78m refinancing of its student accommodation partnership with UPP, which reached financial close in April 2016. The refinancing involved 911 beds of c. 4.400 operated by UPP at the University. They initially reached financial close in 2012 and have been operational since 2013.
The £67m senior debt was provided by Allianz Global Investors through a 33 year indexed-linked bond.”
