We can help with options appraisals, which are normally underpinned by financial modelling and the development of Outline and Full Business Cases. We are familiar with applying HM Treasury’s “Green Book” approach, although appreciate the formality of this approach isn’t always required.

Our experience of business case preparation spans our sectors and includes advising more than 20 universities and colleges on major campus development projects, and more than 12 local authorities primarily on energy projects. We are accustomed to working with multi-disciplinary teams, alongside technical, legal and commercial advisors, and in close collaboration with our public sector clients.
