Strategic Estates Partnership (SEP)
QMPF advised Ryhurst Limited on their successful bid to form a Strategic Estates Partnership (SEP) with Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust. Over an initial 15 year period, the SEP will re-align the estate to improve patient care for 21st Century needs whilst also bringing forward an innovative and sustainable health campus, combining living, care and education plans. We worked with Ryhurst to develop an affordable and deliverable estates masterplan, developing a financial model that gave both Ryhurst and the Trust confidence that the SEP could achieve financial sustainability while delivering the Trusts wider objectives.
Alongside our client we developed clear, concise and detailed response to the financial elements of the bid submission and evaluated a range of financing approaches for individual projects to reflect their nature, timing and Trust requirements. We made a number of introductions for Ryhurst to potential funders and institutions enhancing the market understanding of their SEP approach and allowing Ryhurst to demonstrate funder appetite in their bid submission.
